Downstroke Acceleration And The Right Shoulder

Is it referring to the backstroke shoulder turn and downstroke shoulder turn? Hmm...to me right arm thrust is right arm thrust, nothing really to do with the shoulder, ok...right arm pushes off the right shoulder, but...
The Thrust of the Downstroke Shoulder Turn supplies the initial acceleration of the Lever Assemblies (6-B-4-0).
