I can't argue or question what you're feeling because that might be very real to you.
No relationship. The Sweetspot - Center of Gravity of the Clubhead - is separate from the Clubface.
You may be "Swiveling" and your feel is related to that. But, Swiveling is not Turn and Roll. The Center of Turn and Roll is the Hinge Pin. The Center of Swiveling can be anything Else.
In other words, I have no clue.
