Three great points, Edz:
Rhythm -- The Closing Gate (the Left Arm and Club) as driven by (or through) the Right Elbow.
Extensor Action -- Power Package structure via the Right Triceps stretch of the Left Arm.
Full Body Impact -- Downstroke Momentum Transfer from the Rotor (Body) into the Blade (Left Arm and Club).
