Hitting the proverbial nail on the head. So tired of being dissed by those using one armed (left) models to disprove lag pressure. I've found teaching hitting to rookies to be the fastest road to improvement. Add in the MacDonald exercises and we are golden. Loving reading and learning from all theses great posts!
