I am looking for ideas on how to teach someone to locate low point. I typically raise my left arm to low point on the horizontal plane then down to low point on the inclined plane...then align my left heel to approximately where low point is...then position the ball relative to my left heel. Is there a more efficient procedure for accomplishing this?
