" In reference to post #12, after Tommy executes the 1 to 2 move, he uses the cocking of the right elbow to move the left arm. But, once you get past the drill, Tommy uses the Magic of the Right Forearm procedure as described in the last paragraph of 7-3 to execute the backstroke.
