So it would appear circle delivery path, or rather near to it, if properly understood and utilized, can be very useful for distance control and sustaining the line of compression due to increased mass - less variation in initial ball speed for a given hand speed - vs. a snap release and its stricter Rhythm requirements. Absolutely! I think this is what the old war-horse Ken Venturi used to deem "an arms shot" during his CBS days. Not all shots are full power . . . and thus "zero-ing" out the Pivot (relegating it to Motion and NOT Action) is very compatible for less than full power shots and "tweener" yardages.
The deeper I get into the Machine the more I appreciate the true genius of Mr. Kelley and how he basically nailed EVERYTHING.
