Most people work on Pace to find Rhythm....Why?

To slow down thw RPM's of the Club to match the RPM of the Turning Components to get back in Sync.

So ....Learn Rythym then learn to swing at a Higher Pace while sustaing Rhythm....Never swing faster than your ability to sustain Rhythm and the proper geometric relationships...
Well I am probably a little late on being able to take your advice in the first paragraph...

As to your suggested method of learning, that is what I was leaning too, I slow the backstroke down and slowlly work upward.
