Incidentally, what would be the effect on the plane line if the plane angle was to pivot on the low point plane line?

I deliberately drew the low point plane line to show it moving with the plane. Unless the low point plane line is precisely on your release plane (which isn't the way real golfers should think), the sweetspot orbit won't go correctly through the ball at impact (best I can do without going into mega detail)....
