Interesting changes to 2-K regarding the endless belt and 7-23.

I still think it needs more clarity regarding the relationship to 1-L-15 and the
center of motion and balance. Especially considering the change to the 'pivot tripod center' references now included. Reminds me of a thread Martee had a while back on the topic.
I've only had a little skim over so far, but some good changes.
