The guide is the Flat,
Level and Vertical Left Wrist and its
#3 Accumulator Angle as directed by the On Plane
Right Forearm. These alignments are established at
Impact Fix, with the
Knee Bend and
Waist Bend determined by the amount of
Hip Slide necessary to allow the Right Forearm to point at the Plane Line.
