The clip is encoded in Indeo Video 5.11 decompression filter. I did a quick google and there doesnt seem to be a free version available. I have re-encoded it with xvid using virtualdub. If anyone is interested, I can email the them the re-encoded version since the file size isnt that big.

After downloading Media Player Classic, I was able to play the Mathew's avi file.
