Loading . . . Right Elbow vs. Left Wrist

I think I know how to Load the Left Wrist in Swinging . . .

But can somebody describe how the Right Elbow is Loaded in Hitting and what it may feel like?

I hope you have better success getting an answer than I did when I asked this about a month ago...there is a "hint" in the Tomasello "Swinging / Hitting" video...but...that is more oriented toward the swing and not really gone into...I'd like to see this response...
