I don't know if this should go in this folder or not, but here goes. I did some basic analysis of my swing using video and there does not seem to be a difference between my attempt to "spear a fish" using my right arm and the dowels (reference Lynns excellent video on The Flying Wedges in the gallery) and Tomasello's right arm karate chop. Both ideas/thoughts give me the exact same result in terms of the movement and the understanding of the "down and out" portion of the swing. The "forward" then seems to take care of itself. Still trying to figure out the hinge portion of this, but I seem to end up with a dead straight or slight draw. Does that make sense to you guys? Thanks!
