Here is a training aid I have seen Appleby use. Anybody tried it? Does it have any purpose teaching/learning TGM?

I have used the leaderboard for the past week or so, and I can say that it is a great training aid. I have not figured out what golf machine principles it really excentiates but it really gives a player a good feel for correct lower body action nad creates a much more stable lower body. It helps to eliminate excessve swaying, as well as from letting the lower body outrace the club

It works out your hip abductors well. One of the golf magazines said that good players are quite a bit stronger in their hip abductors. That's probably one of the reasons that hockey players are usually good sticks.
