Is the left hand turned to plane? Id imagine it must be if you feel like your approaching a pitch elbow. In other words is the uncocking of the left wrist on plane? And finally is the release Sequenced or Simultaneous? That is a tough one to notice maybe.

Good pick-ups O-B,I would like to think all is right plane-wise,your right-on the money with release as Im unsure,I would think by what Im feeling here that release is simultaneous, but in saying that,my feeling of R/wrist into impact would qualify for sequenced.........Hm m m m..looking closer now at this diagnostic view, could that R/wrist be throwing cubshaft out of alignment at the vital time due to longer shaft as I do normally have ball a tad further in stance with driver????

So your only losing distance with the driver? Over acceleration, early release, bigger pulley wheel it could be anything.
Id take some film and send it to Luke. He is the expert on such things.

I dunno, there may be some terminology issues there but you can only "uncock the right wrist" if you have cocked it in the first place which would destroy the RFFW. Im talking vertical right hand cocking not bending. Holding on to a cocked left wrist is Steering , fore right. Right hand bend is the other side of the flat left wrist so it isnt released or whatever.
I was thinking you were talking about your right elbow straightening and uncocking the left wrist but maybe Im wrong. Do you cock the right wrist UP , vertically?

No,not as far as I know O-B,thats the one thing I have trained out of my system, now last week,I never concentrated on using R/ wrist cocking down at all, still hit the ball well.....Im not going to use it until Im aware of whats going on with it.....maybe only in practice.....dont like going against homers work

What ever it is you are doing it provides more DOWN and when traveling an Inclined Plane that means OUT too. Good things.
Please though, dont even goof with cocking your right wrist up, it isnt needed and destroys the RFFW.

I don't know that I follow all of what you are describing, but it sounds like you are keeping your bent right wrist and getting to an auto snap release, pitch elbow. The only reason I would guess you are giving up some distance is by focusing on the bent right wrist, your release isn't as free as it might otherwise be.
Try a focus on aiming point with your driver, it may free things up a bit and get much more distance.

You gotta watch how "pitchy" you get with the right elbow. If you DON'T UNbend your right arm your hands are going to be out way to far away from you . . . so you have "disrupted the radius" so to get to the ball all you will have left is #2 firing and probably your right wrist UNCOCKING. You don't have no #3 left because your hands get to far OUT.
Film your swing from down the line . . . note where your hands are at address . . . How far out are they at impact? If the are OUT away from where they were at address you probably ARE uncocking to get to the ball.
What are your misses doing? Pushes and snipe hooks?
