Device to check balance of golf balls

I can't remember what the name of this device is (? Check-Go?). It spins the golf ball and you draw a line while it is spinning which supposedly finds the true balance of the ball. This prevents it from wobbling off line while putting, yada, yada..... Does it work? Is it worth buying??
