Hi Mac.

When I started here, I started searching through the archives. You can tell by how Yoda relates to posters like OB Left, Daryl, and our many pro contributors, that some individuals know TGM.

You can tell I know about something if I quote TGM or give a link to a thread or a video. I would not willingly lie. I don't think anyone here would.

Many people conjecture about possible causes and solutions and that is usually very clear.

Yoda and his admins are really on the ball. If someone posts something really awful and deceptive they'd have to do it a 2am and Yoda would have to be on tour and on the road. Then, something that awful might last ohhh 12 hours before it being caught and I say this base on my experiences here since last March.

Usually, some whack-a-doodle tries to rip HK on their way to building up their own favorite teacher or method or "NEW TECHNOLOGY" that will relegate TGM to the ash-heap of bookstores. Those people get hammered and exposed. It's wierd because they could just ask a question like "Do you think HK saw Impact as the most important factor in a swing?" Instead, they always claim to have new "proof"
that HK was an idiot or misled or some such stupid thing. It's like they have no confidence in their views.

Hope this helps.

I'm a ham and egger weekend warrior with no credentials other than an endless fascination with Mr. Kelley's book, and relish the opportunity to learn more about it right here.

I'm with you Chip. I'm not certified in much of anything, but KevCarter and City have said I am certifiable in some other area.

TGM Authorized Instructors (and Qualified Others)

Start with this list of Pro Contributors, macgolf.

http://lynnblakegolf.com/index.php/Table/Pros/

Anybody with a GSEB (Golf Stroke Engineering Bachelor) or GSEM (Golf Stroke Engineering Master) after their names is a TGM "Authorized" Instructor. There are no "Certified" instructors.

I know Bill Castner has since earned a GSEB (we'll update the bio), and also I believe Brandon Ray . I'll check that out.

I hold the GSED (Golf Stroke Engineering Doctor), the highest designation that can be earned. Homer Kelley personally awarded me my GSEM after I spent a week with him in his Masters Class Jan 11-15, 1982.

Obviously, any individual who has earned Lynn Blake Certified Senior Instructor Status knows his stuff. This would include Dan Malizia, Curt Sanders and Rick Murphy (got to get Rick's bio up!). Also, LB Certified Master Instructors Ted Fort and Jeff Hull (who both also hold the GSEB but who could teach a GSEM class!).

For fear of oversight, I won't attempt list all the names of the amateurs posting here who could easily surpass the knowledge of most GSEB cubs and probably most GSEMs. However, I can't resist naming three (in alphabetical order): Bucket, Daryl and O.B. Left. I'd also put David Sandridge in that group. He's been around TGM for a long time and has sought out many of the great teachers. I sure wish he'd post more!

YODA,

I have learned from all these gentleman, either through their posts here, videos in your vault, or posts on other sites. I just wanted to express my appreciation to them ALL for their selfless help, and many others here as well. Learning the book seems to be a long, arduous process, and would be impossible without you all. I hope someday I'll have learned enough to help some struggling professional the way you all have helped me! Thanks Guys!
