Wow...another golfer...former professional baseball player and Long Drive Champion Pat Dempsey using the same swing concept to start the downswing with 10-20-C.

More good stuff from Pat Dempsey....

10-20-C Shoulder Turn Throw
Thank you Patrick.

Great illustration of "Sharp initial acceleration of the Shoulder Turn against the #4 pressure point loading motion of the Left Arm.

I think this clip is an anti 10-20-c demonstration. As I read 10-20-c correctly the trigger is when the sholder STOPS

Starts or Stops?
I’m not sure HungryBear. A Shoulder Turn Throw is a sharp initial acceleration against the #4 Pressure Point. This is a little hard to see in the down the line video when Steve Griffithis hitting the ball. It is easier to see when he is demonstrating the face on view.
To me it looks like a Shoulder Throw. A player can use multiple Throws.

Right Shoulder Triggers the downswing per a swing stroke pattern...a la Sally Little and Jodie Mudd. Per 2-H, "The geometry of Shoulder Control deals only with the Right Shoulder, there are no guide lines for Left Shoulder control of the Right Shoulder."
