2 L Application of Force
I used to think I understood this 2 L section relating to LEVERAGE.

However, the fog has set back in.

In a swinging procedure, is the fulcrum the left shoulder?

Help!

Huh?
I suspected geometry and physics would appear in this thread.

The fog remains.

I can see hot hitting would be a straightaway FORM III lever per 2L. But could swinging at its simplest be two of them? What about the leverage gained through the lefl leg and subsequently, body?

Terminology
I thank you for the thorough and measured response.

Upon further review, it was my misunderstanding of the yellow book that was the primary fog creator. I mistakenly was trying to relate the three courses noted in the first paragraph of 2-L with the three Forms listed in the box. The Form III lever I could relate to, and could not see how we could minimize it's application as depicted in the first paragraph.

With respect to the left leg reference, it is my opinion that some leveage is obtainable at the beginning of the downswing by left leg action, but I sense that delving into that would further muddy up the rest of the machine waters to a depth would not be fruitful.

I did not get to 2-L via 6-A but I want to be clear given HK's wording:

The forces generated in a Golf Stroke need to be understood before there can be any degree of genuine mastery of them.
