Thanks for posting, jaridyard. Lots of good stuff here, but also some points for discussion:
  • You mention Under Plane on the Backstroke. How about Under Plane during the Follow Through and Finish?
  • Despite your good Grip and "bent left wrist at the top", have you struggled as well with the Closed Clubface?
  • Do you feel your Right Hip has cleared sufficiently in the Backstroke?
  • Is your Backstroke Left Foot and Knee Action sufficiently active?
  • Could these issues be related?
