You must understand that the left wrist uncocking is a HAMMERING motion. Get your hammer out and just hammer some crap. That's the way your left wrist has to work. Have you ever flipped a hammer? All you are doing with a golf club is hammering on plane. So basically TURN your left wrist to the plane and make that hammering motion downplane. The allow this motion to be TRANSFERRED via a ROLL of your left hand into its vertical alignment.

So first hammer stuff with a hammer normally. Then put it in your left hand with the head facing to your left and hammer something to your left. Notice how your hand turns away on the backstroke and then HAS TO ROLL to strike squarely on the downstroke.
