Just from a pure visual perspective, the picture in 10-13-C #2 (Rotated Top) does look more orthodox than 10-13-B #2 (Flat Top).

Another interesting comment in my 6th edition about the Rotated Shoulder Turn Downstroke: "Downstroke use is normally confined to the shiftless Hip Turn".
7th Addition Questions:

My first question will be "How do I locate a Turned Shoulder Plane with a Rotated Shoulder Turn"?

My second question is "Hey, doesn't the picture 10-14-B #1 Top and 10-14-B #2 Finish remind you of Teds' reverse pivot video?
