"Starving on their food for thought"
They also have the model's motion off Plane at Start Down and Downstroke.

Their Ideas for starters:

During the Backstroke and Top the shaft of the club points inside the Plane Line only to "flatten sufficiently for the handle to be pointed outside the ball" on the way down (Start Down and Downstroke).

"Swing Like a Pro"'s goal is to find out what the majority are doing.

There is a "one best way" to get the most from the body and club.

The most proficient golfers, use more body (leading)and less arms.

(My words) Little to no mention of and external force such as centrifugal force.

Club manipulation are impossible to perform precisely every time.

The right hand grip must be in the fingers not the palm.

The hands should do little except hold the club once the swing has begun. The clubface is controlled by the grip, not by manipulating the hands.

The clubface should be square when it meets the ball.

The ball position is lees than three inches back from the driver(they measure from the feet).
