I think the "Walrus and Tomahawk" video (Orr)is available on this site-you might find it helpful. Also active EA seems to help me trace the 3D arc (which I confirm with lasers attached to a practice club inside) up to the TSP, however, as a "swinger" (and I think TGM confirms), my EA needs to be a bit more on the passive side in order to establish a smooth rythmic drag loading. Once I start engaging my right (dominant) tricep too much, my right hand loses patience with only monitoring lag. Nonetheless if you stand in front of a mirror and push hard on PP#1 while rotating your shoulders perpendicular to your spine (staying in posture), I think the result should be a perfect on plane takeaway wherein you only thought about pushing and turning to the top (i.e. no more confusion about "back-up-in-etc.").

You can go in without back and up, Up without back and in, but if you just go back, you get the up and the in. So, with your right arm, take that Primary Lever and go back. Ah, ya get Magic of the Right Forearm, Extensor Action, Plane Line Tracing and the TSP with one simple move. The secret is keeping your shoulders still until your hands pull them around. Stationary head.
Ps. The right elbow moves instantly as well. |
