Controlling the Thrust
I've been working with my Thai juniors on Thrust (rang dun), lately. Explaining that it comes before speed. Their swings immediately smoothed out and got more body participation.
Can you guys elaborate on Thrust and or tell me some ideas/drill for coming to terms with the concept of thrust? Thanks, spike |

Matt, wish I could. My camera went on the blink a couple of weeks ago, but my wife is bringing one from the States next month. I try to get some up for you. Is there a recommened way to post video? Youtube is banned in Thailand at this time due to, as I understand it, unfriendly remarks about the King. Don't know what was said but I can tell you, he is a real cool guy and loves his people like no other!!!
