Twin Bugaboos . . . And One More
Quote:
Flipping is the Bending (a Horizontal Motion) of the Left Wrist through Impact. It causes the Clubshaft to lose its In-Line condition with the Left Arm and, unless Impact occurs prior to the Bending, results in a loss of Power (Clubhead MPH and Effective Mass) and Rhythm (Primary Lever Assembly RPM). Throwaway is the loss of Power and Accuracy that results from the above sequential mutual aid society. :) |
could both casting and flipping be caused by the same thing?
Could I be doing both during my swing? I am losing distance and can not figure why. It has to be one of these or both. |

A: Yes . . . Uneducated Hands. Could I be doing both during my swing? Yes . . . Probably. I am losing distance and can not figure why. Low Lag Pressure (Acceleration Rate); large Release Interval (Full Sweep Release); and poor Impact Alignments. It has to be one of these or both. Casting and Flipping combine as Throwaway. The cure will be to learn to correctly Accumulate, Load, Store, Deliver and Release Power. :golfcart2: |
Great info....I just receieved my 7th edition Golf Machine Book so that makes good sense....Thanks...

Large release interval-- Poor Impact alignments-- I assume is the result of all this. |
