Is Posting A 'Type A' Thing?

Naah, Wally. It's just that Hitters are Type A's, and they post more! :D Actually, that's just a theory with absolutely no evidence to support it. So, it may be as you have suggested: They post more because they suffer more!

As Homer said, "Hitting is harder to learn...but easier to do once you've learned it."

We're just meaner and like to tell people how mean we are. :D It's a testosterone thing. We like telling people how much we can tear things up (ie. the ground, the back of the ball). Swingers, in my presumptious and humble opinion, are thinking about butterflies and waterfalls.

Nah, it just more people think they are hitters when in reality just like those who call themselves swingers are really switters (I like that term).

What is a switter, a confused hitter or swinger who has adopted too many variations from hitting and swinging created a 3rd class golf stroke.

I have heard the swingers are thinkers and hitters are... well they don't think as much?

I shoot for Swinging.

As a recovering switter (now that you sting like a bee, instead of float like a butterfly), what did you think about? How to tear the wings off a butterfly?

I think of beating the butterfly silly with a bat.

I'll be in Marietta the first week in April.

Anybody up for a swinger vs. hitter long drive competition?

Remember, I'm an old guy so take it easy on me. :D

Uh...that's a No-Go on the Luke the Nuke Tag Team Challenge.

This is a PG-Rated site, and -- forget the women and children -- that would be one even the men could not bear to watch!

There is almost no where else for a Hitter to discuss their technique without getting jeered at. It is either here or find an AI. There are plenty of pga teachers and others to talk about swinging,-might not be as accurately broken down as it is in TGM, but there are places. I have begun to look in my area for teaching pros that know something about TGM, and right side hitting....you should see the looks on their faces, when I start interviewing them. Most PGA pros think there is only one way to do it...and we hitters all know they are WRONG!

Wear heavy shoes, too. In quantum physics you learn that something traveling at the speed of light creates a black hole behind it. I don't want you guy's to be sucked in to the vortex created behind my clubhead.
