They hire great personel and offer corporate support for the Super and Head professional, as well as other services selected by each club.(Total facility management, food service management,accounting, etc.)

Each management agreement is different, so the owner pretty much calls the shots as to salary of staff and level of service. If there's a problem, it's generally due to ownership's lack of capital and /or limitations on Troon's input.[-o<
