Slow Going (Need More Practice)

It is coming around a little. Last two rounds shot 78s with triples (how stupid is that). My range sessions are ugly though. I think I revert a little when I play. Right now I am just concentrating on flying wedges, extensor action, staying on plane, and impact position. Nothing else. [-o<

Keep doing well. Sounds like things have clicked for you.

I dislike hooks

I normally will hit it straight to a slight fade.

If I want to hook it, I discovered that all I have to do is think about trouble to the left and how I need to keep it right. Boom there is the hook...

Same for the slice.

There is a reason I often refer to myself as The Mental Midget....

I'm a drawer of the ball, and play a tight course that favors a fade on all holes, but 2. I can move the ball either direction, but love swinging easy and letting the ball roll for a lil more distance (is my natural flight path when on plane). I only play my fade into greens that require it. My tee fade is more Jack than ben: high and floaty. Rip it and let it glide back right....
