I think thats optional MacGolf. I like to set up at Impact Fix with my hands ahead of the ball, and my left arm / club shaft in a straight line. Most would teach address hands where your shaft is pointing more at your belt buckle, and the Left Wrist would be flattened somewhere in the back stroke after a lagging club head takeaway. When I get more comfortable setting my right forearm on plane, I am going to work at this procedure as YODA is a big believer in lagging club head takeaway.

This is something you will need to experiment with. As long as you are able to get that left wrist flat at impact, the procedure for getting there is up to you...
