this is the problem I am having- (you hit the nail on the head)...for the longest time I thought the left wrist was suppose to uncock until it bends backwards. After I found this site I realize I was wrong but I can not break the habit or the left wrist bending backwards.
You have come to the right place. Lots of us are walking right down that road with you. Impact alignments are quite challenging, and the level of precision with which they are addressed by Yoda, Ted, and some of the veterans here is second to none. Keep at it.

Read the first paragraphs in 2-P and 4-D-0 over and over and over and over...until you can recite them in your sleep. Add in Chapters 4 and 5 and become one of the "Educated Handful".
