I have a real problem with the right shoulder. When does it start its drive to the ball? If I think of holding the right shoulder back and let the arms drop down and then go with the right shoulder toward the ball I make good contact. How do I get this "DELAY Of THE RIGHT SHOULDER" to be automatic in my swing?

Feel like you are backing into the ball . . . feel like your left shoulder stays down longer and/or your right shoulder stays high longer . . . you have to have "separation" in the movement of the hips and shoulders . . . which is hula hula . . . you can hit some balls where you raise your left foot off the ground totally on the b.s. and do a lil' bitty mini stride into the ball like baseball swing.
also watch this video over and over . . .
To get this move you may have to exaggerate it to get it to work . . . feel like your head is going to drop a foot and your butt is going to bust a hole in a wall behind you but farther down plane/your heel line.
