i did the same thing 2.5 months ago...it was an excellent decision...i was advised to read the chapters it in the order specified in the intro (page x, i think?) and i believe that was a good call...being able to read the sections folks reference in posts has been very useful as well...before you know it, you'll be quoting it too!

Congratulations! I, too, broke down and bought the book several months ago since I needed some 'light' reading material for the winter. My first read thru the book was a bit confusing but the various forums and archives helped tremendously. Im reading thru it a second time now and it is a much more enjoyable experience.

My advice is if you ever get confused or lost, search the forums (Chuck Evans, TGM, Manzella, GEA, and here). More than likely, it has been discussed before. And if all else fails, feel free to ask here Good luck with your journey!
