from a long time lurker who devours all info in here...In one of Yoda's responses he talks about the "hitter loading the right elbow"....how is this done?..is it consistent with the Right Forearm Takeaway?....is this loading action seen in any of the Yoda/Hull videos?...I have the Yellow Book but not the 7th ed....thanks for the help...
In the video, Yoda actually demonstrates it..the context is "the hitter loads the right elbow, while the swinger loads the left wrist"...I think I have it...since the hitter starts from impact alignment and the right forearm is on plane, all the hitter has to do is maintain the plane with the proper elbow plane bend..I was doing this over the weekend with good results...I hope this is what was meant...
